Job Summary

Revenue Technology Services (RTS) is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Graduate Trainees to join our Revenue Assurance – BPM Services team in Mohali.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build a career in airline commercial operations, Sales Audit, and Fare Audit while working with processes supporting global airline customers.

The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing airline ticketing and sales data, performing validation checks, identifying discrepancies, preparing reports, and supporting client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate airline ticketing, fare, and sales data.
- Support Sales Audit and Fare Audit activities for airline customers.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Identify fare discrepancies, errors, and audit exceptions.
- Analyze transaction-level data and investigate variances.
- Prepare audit reports and maintain accurate records.
- Support client deliverables and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist with product testing and validation activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve data and audit-related issues.
- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and turnaround times.
- Continuously learn airline, fare, and travel industry processes.

Eligibility
- Graduate degree in B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc.,



or an equivalent discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with knowledge or interest in the airline, travel, or aviation industry are preferred.
- IATA certification or basic knowledge of travel/ticketing will be an added advantage.

- Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.
