- Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)

- Experience Required: 1 to 3 years of order management experience

nWhat You’ll Do

n

n
- Order Management: Review, interpret, and enter order requests in global telecom vendor portals or via email to buy, move, change, or terminate telecom services.
n
- Vendor & Client Coordination: Gather tracking details, validate pricing, resolve discrepancies, and maintain clear communication with clients, partners, and vendors.
n
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal global teams to solve ordering questions while maintaining strict SLA compliance.
n
- Documentation: Maintain vendor order forms, daily Excel trackers, work queues, and communication logs.
n





nWhat We’re Looking For

n

n
- Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills (neutral or US accent).
n
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in order management.
n
- Knowledge of mobile devices, plans, and troubleshooting methods.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
n
- Flexibility to work night shifts in a rapid-paced environment.
