We are seeking a hands-on Frontend Tech Lead to own our frontend architecture, lead a talented engineering team, and drive the execution of scalable React.js applications. If you are passionate about mentoring engineers and delivering high-quality user experiences, we want to hear from you!

- Own the frontend technology roadmap, architecture, and engineering standards.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of frontend engineers.
- Take end-to-end ownership of key products and frontend initiatives.
- Design and build scalable, maintainable frontend systems using React.js.
- Drive technical decisions around architecture, performance, security, and developer experience.




- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, documentation, and engineering processes.
- Partner closely with product, design, backend, and business teams to define and deliver product experiences.
- Review code, provide technical direction, and raise the overall engineering quality of the team.

- 8–11 years of solid frontend engineering experience.
- Expert-level hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring frontend engineers.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product or major product area.
- Strong experience designing scalable frontend architecture and systems.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, browser fundamentals, performance, and web security.
