Store Manager – Hospitality Experience: 2–5 Years Location: Hyderabad Salary: As per experience & industry standards Job Responsibilities: Manage daily store and inventory operations. Maintain stock records using Tally & MS Excel . Handle stock receiving, issuing, GRN, and inventory entries .
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation. Prepare monthly stock closing and inventory reports. Manage vendor dealings, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups . Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and other departments.
Monitor stock levels, expiry, wastage, shortages, and discrepancies. Ensure proper documentation and FIFO/FEFO practices. Maintain accurate purchase and inventory records.
Required Skills: Valuable knowledge of Tally & MS Excel . Robust inventory and stock management skills.
Experience in vendor management and negotiation . Valuable communication and coordination skills. Hospitality/hotel industry experience preferred.
