Actiss Healthcare is a Hospital Project Consultant firm offering end-to-end services in hospital planning & design, healthcare technology planning, procurement & commissioning, and hospital Project Management Consultancy (PMC).
We're looking for a skilled Architect to join our design team and contribute to impactful, large-scale hospital and healthcare infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural design concepts, layouts, and drawings for hospital projects
Prepare schematic designs, working drawings, and detailed construction documentation
Coordinate with MEP, structural, and healthcare planning teams to ensure integrated design solutions
Ensure designs comply with healthcare facility guidelines, building codes, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with clients and consultants through design development and execution stages
Conduct site visits and coordinate with project management teams as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture
2+ years of experience in architectural design (healthcare project experience preferred)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
Solid understanding of building codes, healthcare design standards, and design detailing
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Location: Pune, Maharashtra INDIA
