Foxscan operates without commercial ties to repair providers and serves multiple metropolitan areas, including Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Ahmedabad.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresher Civil Engineer based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

The Fresher Civil

Engineer will assist in conducting on-site structural diagnostics for residential properties, including visual inspections and basic measurements related to seepage, dampness, and structural integrity. The role involves supporting senior engineers in collecting data, documenting observations, and contributing to thermal imaging surveys and other diagnostic methods. The engineer will help prepare explicit, structured reports, organize project files, and follow standardized procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.



The role also includes coordinating with internal teams, adhering to safety protocols, and continuously learning diagnostic techniques and civil engineering best practices.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply basic principles to residential structural diagnostics.
- Interest or exposure to Planning and Stormwater Management, particularly in the context of building seepage and dampness issues.
- Recognized qualification as a Civil Engineer (B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Strong observational, analytical, and documentation skills, with attention to detail in field assessments and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site, travel locally within the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area as needed, and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, and ability to interact professionally with homeowners and team members.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and willingness to learn reporting tools and diagnostic technologies.
- High level of integrity, neutrality, and willingness to work in a diagnostics-only environment with no involvement in repair or sales activities.
