Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Freelancer HR Recruiter with 10+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate management, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of IT professionals and hands-on experience in sourcing profiles for multiple technical and non-technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, databases, and professional networks.
- Understand job requirements and identify relevant candidates accordingly.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, notice period, location, and compensation.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/interview rounds.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent database.
- Coordinate with clients/hiring teams regarding candidate submissions and interview schedules.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth candidate closure and joining.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular status updates.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Handle multiple requirements and closures simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR Recruitment.
- Robust experience in IT Recruitment and technical hiring.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Good understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, Full Stack, etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
- Strong candidate and recruiter network.
- Proven track record of successful closures.

Preferred
- Experience working as a Freelancer / Independent Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant.
- Existing database/network of IT professionals.
- Experience handling urgent and bulk hiring requirements.
- Strong understanding of current IT hiring trends and market availability.

Pay: ₹10,283.81 - ₹42,133.12 per month
