We’re creating a members-only network that brings together interesting people, communities and unforgettable real-world experiences.

We’re looking for someone who wants to be very close to the action.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be handed a fixed and asked to stay in your lane. As part of the early team, you’ll work directly with the founders and get exposure to social media, events, partnerships, community, operations, outreach and everything in between.

What you could be working onSocial & Content

- Help build TRIBE’s Instagram and social presence
- Come up with content ideas, hooks, campaigns and formats
- Coordinate shoots, creators and content
- Track what’s working and constantly experiment

Events & Experiences

- Help plan and execute TRIBE experiences
- Coordinate with venues, artists, vendors and partners
- Be on-ground during events and make sure everything runs smoothly
- Help turn an event into an experience people actually remember

Outreach & Partnerships

- Reach out to creators, brands, venues and communities
- Build relationships and explore collaborations
- Help grow the TRIBE network

Community & Operations

- Help manage members and communities
- Coordinate logistics and internal operations
- Solve random problems that inevitably appear when you're building something from scratch

Founders' Office

- Work directly with the founders on high-priority projects
- Research, experiment and execute quickly
- Take ownership of projects from idea → execution
- Basically, if something needs to get done, you might be involved.

Who we're looking forYou don't need 5 years of experience. We're more interested in how you think and how you work.

You might be a great fit if you:

- You’re currently in college and want to explore different departments, experiment with different roles, and gain diverse experience




- If you’re pursuing a BMM (Bachelor of Mass Media), that’s a plus not a requirement.
- Are extremely proactive and don't wait to be told what to do
- Have solid communication and people skills
- Are obsessed with culture, experiences, communities or the internet
- Can switch between creative and operational work comfortably
- Are comfortable talking to strangers and building relationships
- Have insane attention to detail when it matters
- Can handle chaos without panicking
- Actually like figuring things out
- Want to work at an early-stage startup where things change quickly
- Daily commitment of 4-5 hours
- Most of the events will be held on Saturdays

Bonus points if you've organised college events, built communities, created content, run a page, worked with creators, organised parties, worked in startups or basically done anything interesting outside a traditional . What you'll get

This is not a “9 to 5, do your tasks and go home” kind of role.
