About Neulish

Most mental health apps have the same problem. People download them, try them for a week, and stop. The research on what helps is already there. Getting people to keep coming back is the hard part, and that's what we're working on.

Neulish is built by Cognibrex Private Limited. We're a small team: Ashish builds the product, and Dr Parul Prasad, a psychiatrist, is our co-founder. The app is live on the Play Store and App Store, and we're talking to hospitals, universities and wellness organisations about working with us.

We're early, so there's more to do than we have people for. Ashish needs to spend his time building. That means everything else, like partnerships, outreach, events, research and fundraising prep, needs someone who will own it. That's this role.

What you'll work on

- Work directly with the founders. Keep track of what matters this week, follow up on open items, and make sure things get finished.
- Research markets, users, competitors and new opportunities. Write down what you find, and tell us what you'd do about it.
- Reach out to hospitals, universities, clinics and wellness organisations. Set up meetings, keep the conversations going, and help turn interest into real partnerships.
- Plan and run events, hackathons and community programmes, sometimes together with colleges or tech companies.
- Find creators who fit Neulish, talk to them,



figure out what a fair deal looks like, and run the collaborations.
- Help with fundraising: investor research, deck drafts, data rooms and follow-ups.
- Take care of the operational work that keeps things moving: calendars, documents, notes and trackers.

It won't be the same every week. Some weeks you'll mostly be writing emails. Other weeks you'll be at a campus event or working late on a deck.

Who we're looking for

We don't care what you studied. MBA, B.Tech, arts or no degree at all is fine. We care about how you work.

- You act. You send the email, make the call, and follow up a second time.
- You own things. If something slips, you notice before we do.
- You have ideas. You come up with approaches nobody asked for, and some of them work.
- You're valuable with people. You'll represent Neulish to doctors, deans, founders, creators and investors, so you need to be clear, prepared and reliable.

This role will suit you if you want to build or run something of your own one day. You'll see how a company actually gets built, including the messy parts.
