About the RoleWe are looking for a highly proactive Founder's Office Intern to work closely with the founder across growth, marketing, business development, social media, webinars and community building.

This is a hands-on role. You will get exposure to multiple areas of an early-stage business and will be expected to identify opportunities, test ideas and take ownership of execution.

What You Will DoGrowth & Business Development

- Research potential audiences, communities, partnerships and lead sources in India and internationally.
- Identify relevant LinkedIn communities, Reddit communities, Facebook groups, WhatsApp communities and other platforms where our target audience is active.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate webinar registrations and qualified enquiries.
- Research potential partnerships with universities, creative organisations, communities, incubators, professional networks and relevant organisations.
- Track leads, enquiries, registrations and conversions.
- Suggest new channels and experiments for customer acquisition.

Webinars & Events

- Take ownership of webinar promotion campaigns from planning through to execution.
- Help increase webinar registrations through organic outreach, partnerships, communities and social media.
- Coordinate promotional timelines, reminders and follow-ups.
- Research relevant communities and individuals who could help amplify our webinars.




- Support post-webinar lead nurturing and follow-up.

Our webinars are an important part of our growth strategy and are designed to educate potential applicants about the UK Global Talent Visa and build trust with our audience. Social Media & Content

- Help manage Horizon & Bloom's LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other social channels.
- Assist with content calendars and campaign planning.
- Repurpose long-form content into posts, carousels, reels and short-form content.
- Research relevant topics, questions and trends within the Global Talent ecosystem.
- Monitor engagement and identify what content is generating interest.
- Support the founders with content ideas and distribution.
- Help ensure that Horizon & Bloom is promoted professionally and responsibly across online communities.

Research & Founder's Office

- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Research potential customer segments and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare simple reports, presentations and research summaries.
- Help the founder turn ideas into actionable projects.
- Assist with CRM, lead tracking and basic operational tasks.
- Follow up with prospective partners, speakers, communities and leads.
- Take ownership of small projects from idea → execution → results.

What We're Looking ForWe're looking for initiative, curiosity and execution ability above everything else.

You should be

- Highly proactive and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-moving startup environment.
- A strong communicator with valuable written English.
- Comfortable researching on LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, Google and other online platforms.
- Interested in marketing, business development, startups and digital growth.
- Organised and good at following up.




- Comfortable speaking to people and building relationships.
- Willing to experiment, learn and try new approaches.
- Able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Commercially minded and interested in understanding what actually drives leads and revenue, not just likes and followers.

Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with social media or content marketing.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach or community management.
- Experience promoting webinars, events or workshops.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Experience in a startup, founder's office or small business.
- An understanding of the Indian professional/creative ecosystem.
- Interest in international careers, immigration, education or the UK.
