- Strong working knowledge of Ford change control systems and terminology (WERS, FEDEBOM, BOM, CMM, PDL, EDMS, MMA, NTEI)
- Experience in Bill of Material structuring, change management, or P-Release processes within an automotive/engineering environment.
- Robust analytical skills to investigate BoM errors, perform root-cause analysis, and translate insights into recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills across Engineering, Finance, HWIM, and Purchasing.
- High attention to detail for financial audit control, quality checks, and ISO/EDMS compliance documentation.
- Ability to work to strict cadences and deadlines, providing mutual cover with peers for CMM and related meetings.
