nRatnanidhi Charitable Trust (RNCT) is one of India's leading charitable organizations, working in the fields of health, education, disability rehabilitation, vision care, nutrition, community development, and humanitarian services.

nWe are looking for a passionate, energetic, and hardworking Field Mobilization Officer to identify, survey, and mobilize beneficiaries for our large-scale programmes across Mumbai and Maharashtra.

nKey Responsibilities

n

- Conduct field surveys to identify deserving beneficiaries.
n
- Mobilize patients and communities for RNCT's health, disability rehabilitation, vision care, nutrition, and education programmes.
n
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, NGOs, schools, doctors, government departments, community leaders, and local authorities.
n
- Organize awareness meetings and mobilization drives to maximize participation.
n
- Coordinate with the RNCT team for successful implementation of outreach camps and projects.
n
- Maintain accurate beneficiary records, survey data, photographs, and field reports.
n
- Travel extensively across Mumbai and nearby districts of Maharashtra.
n

nEligibility

n

n
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW), Sociology, Rural Development, or a related Social Science discipline.
n
- 2–3 years of experience in NGO fieldwork, healthcare outreach, community mobilization, or social development.
n
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi and Hindi (English preferred).
n
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and organizational skills.
n
- Comfortable working independently in the field and interacting with diverse communities.
n
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in challenging field conditions.
n
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
n

It requires extensive travel, meeting people, conducting field surveys, building relationships with local stakeholders, and ensuring that deserving beneficiaries receive life-changing support. We are looking for someone with empathy, integrity, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for social service.

nProject Duration

n9-Month Contract (with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance).

nSalary & Perks

- ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
