What You'll Do
Engage with customers through phone and chat interactions
Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities
Build customer trust by acting as a technology advisor
Handle objections confidently and convert interest into sales
Schedule callbacks and nurture prospective customers
Capture customer feedback to improve overall business performance
Deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales goals
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of Sales/Telesales Experience
- Consumer sales experience preferred
- Experience in Electronics, Mobile, Laptop, Technology, Telecom, or Consumer Products is an added advantage
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities
- Customer-centric mindset
- Good typing speed (~55 WPM preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools
