We're looking for a Motor Insurance Sales Specialist who is passionate about sales, customer relationships, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Convert motor insurance leads into successful sales
Build and maintain productive, qualified relationships with customers
Handle customer servicing, retention, and related operations
Drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly targets
Track, analyze, and report business performance to the reporting manager

What We're Looking For




Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales
Experience in any insurance segment is welcome — motor insurance sales experience will be an added advantage
Valuable sales and customer-handling skills
Decent English communication skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Comfortable with field sales activities

Important: Although this is a remote job, the role involves Field Sales work. Candidates must have their own laptop and secure Wi-Fi/internet connection.
