Job Role : We are looking for an Accounts & E-commerce Operations Executive with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an E-commerce industry, preferably with an E-commerce agency, retail company, D2C brand, or marketplace-based business.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in E-commerce Operations as well as Accounts, including marketplace billing, invoice management, reconciliation, accounting entries, order/transaction documentation, and downloading/managing financial reports from E-commerce portals.

Location - Gurugram

Working Days - Mon- Sat

Experience - Min. 2 years

Compensation - 3 - 5 LPA

Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in E-commerce Operations + Accounts.
Must have worked in an E-commerce company, retail company,



D2C brand, E-commerce agency, or similar organization.
Hands-on experience with Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra / Meesho or other E-commerce marketplaces is highly preferred.
Valuable knowledge of E-commerce billing, invoices, settlements and reconciliation.
Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Good understanding of GST, TDS and basic accounting principles.
Robust data management and documentation skills.
Positive attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
Good communication and coordination skills.
