About the Role

n

We are looking for a high-ownership Founder's Office Generalist to work closely with the leadership team on high-impact business initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and has experience across GTM, strategy, operations, and sales enablement.

n

You will work on critical projects across functions, drive execution, and help turn strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on key strategic and business initiatives.
n
- Support Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, market research, customer segmentation, and growth initiatives.
n
- Drive cross-functional projects across sales, marketing, product, and operations.
n
- Build and improve business processes, dashboards,



and operating mechanisms.
n
- Support sales enablement through research, pitch materials, competitive analysis, and GTM insights.
n
- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and growth.
n
- Take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive them from ideation to execution.
n
- Prepare presentations, business reports, and strategic recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

n

n
- 2–5 years of experience in Founder's Office, Strategy, Consulting, GTM, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
n
- Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
n
- Strong understanding of GTM, strategy, operations, and sales enablement.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data.
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
n
- High ownership, bias for action, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced and highly dynamic environment.
n
- Willingness to work night shifts and 6 days a week.
n

What We're Looking For

n

Someone who is a generalist at heart, enjoys solving complex business problems, and is comfortable moving between strategy and execution. You should be equally comfortable building a GTM plan, analyzing business data, improving an operational process, or enabling the sales team.
