Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute EV, automotive, technical, and industry events.
- Manage event requirements including venues, vendors, logistics, participants, sponsors, and event partners.
- Identify and approach potential sponsors and industry partners for event collaborations and sponsorships.
- Coordinate with colleges, universities, faculty, student teams, corporates, and industry stakeholders.
- Handle calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups, and event-related communication.
- Generate and maintain event leads, participant databases, and sponsor records.
- Support sponsorship and business development activities related to events.




- Coordinate on-ground event execution and ensure smooth event operations.
- Manage event timelines, checklists, documentation, and basic budgets.
- Prepare event reports, outreach reports, and post-event summaries.
- Travel to event venues, colleges, and partner locations as required.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; Engineering/Management preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in event management, business development, event coordination, or a related field.
- Experience or active involvement in E-mobility event, automotive events, technical fests, expos, or conferences will be preferred.
- Robust communication, networking, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Good follow-up and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable with sponsorship outreach, lead generation, and business development.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work independently.
- Willingness to travel for events and college/industry visits.
