We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to support and execute our online business across D2C, marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms, with a primary focus on Amazon and Blinkit.

The ideal candidate understands that e-commerce is not just about uploading products or managing listings. It involves ensuring product availability, improving visibility, maintaining catalogue hygiene, supporting promotions, monitoring sales and identifying opportunities to improve online performance.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys working with e-commerce platforms, data, products and multiple teams in a rapid-paced environment.

What You'll Do

- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Blinkit, D2C and other marketplace/quick-commerce platforms.
- Manage product listings, catalogue updates, images, descriptions, attributes pricing and inventory.
- Ensure product pages are accurate, updated and optimized for visibility and conversion.
- Monitor product availability, stock levels, orders, cancellations, returns and fulfilment issues.
- Support execution of promotions, discounts, offers and marketplace campaigns.
- Monitor product rankings, visibility, keywords, reviews and competitor activity.
- Track daily/weekly sales and platform performance and highlight key issues and opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, orders, inventory, product performance and other key e-commerce metrics.
- Work with the marketing team on marketplace advertising, campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support new product launches, SKU creation, catalogue onboarding and platform updates.
- Coordinate with Amazon, Blinkit, marketplace partners, agencies and vendors for day-to-day requirements.
- Assist in improving sales, visibility, conversion and overall online performance through regular monitoring and execution.
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Distribution teams to ensure smooth online business operations.

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management,



online sales or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon or quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto or Instamart is preferred.
- Graduate in any relevant field - MBA/B.Tech/BBA or similar qualification is preferred.
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, Beauty, Wellness, Ayurveda or Lifestyle brands will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of marketplace catalogue and product listing management.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce metrics such as sales, orders, conversion, AOV, ROAS, discounts and margins.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and handling sales and platform data.
- Good understanding of product pages, basic SEO and conversion optimization.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive approach with good problem-solving ability.
