About the RoleAMS Design Studio is looking for a skilled and creative Architectural Draftsman / Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field and be comfortable working with architectural drawings, 3D visualization, and office documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D architectural and interior drawings.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and layouts.
- Create 3D models and presentations for architectural and interior projects.
- Make revisions based on project requirements and client feedback.
- Coordinate drawings and designs with architects, designers, and site teams.
- Prepare material schedules, measurements, and basic project documentation.
- Maintain organized project files and drawings.
- Handle basic office documentation and reports using MS Word and MS Excel.
- Assist the design team in developing concepts and presentations.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Architecture / Architectural Assistantship, Interior Design, or a related qualification.




- Freshers with good software knowledge are welcome.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and basic construction details.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Required Software Skills
1. Candidates should have knowledge of:

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion
- V-Ray
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- Other relevant architectural/design software will be an advantage.
