Role Description The Direct Selling Agent / Connector role at Urban Money is an on-site position based in Jaipur. In this role, the individual will identify and connect with potential customers seeking loan and mortgage solutions, explain suitable products, and guide them through the initial application process. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating with Urban Money’s internal teams and partner institutions, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and documentation.

The Direct Selling

Agent / Connector will also educate clients about loan terms, eligibility criteria,



and basic financial considerations, while maintaining accurate records of interactions and conversions. This position requires a robust focus on customer service, ethical selling practices, and meeting agreed performance targets.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
- Sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and conversion in a field or on-site environment.
- Basic understanding of loans, mortgages, and financial products, with an aptitude for learning lender policies and eligibility criteria.
- Organizational and documentation skills, including accurate record-keeping, handling client paperwork, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Ability to work in an on-site role in Jaipur, demonstrate reliability, and meet performance and compliance expectations.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, NBFCs, or direct sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, finance, or related fields is an advantage.
- Proficiency in local languages and English, and comfort using mobile and digital tools for lead management and communication.
