Role Description The Digital Specialist at Pawpeye will manage and optimize the brand’s digital presence across channels, ensuring consistent and engaging communication with pet parents and stakeholders. This full-time, in office role based in Indore involves executing digital marketing campaigns, supporting digital strategy development, and monitoring performance metrics to drive growth and brand awareness.

The Digital

Specialist will handle day-to-day activities such as coordinating content updates, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, managing timelines,



and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule. The role also includes analyzing campaign data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to innovative digital initiatives that support Pawpeye’s mission and product launches.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret digital performance data, track key metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate with external partners, and create transparent digital briefs.
- Candidates should possess Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing skills to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage multiple digital initiatives, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience working with analytics tools, social media platforms, and advertising dashboards is preferred.
- Interest in pet wellness and familiarity with consumer brands, especially in the pet or FMCG sector, will be an advantage.
