WE ARE HIRING – DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Remote

We are looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage our complete digital presence.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently manage paid advertising, social media, content creation and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage Google Ads campaigns
- Generate and improve the quality of leads through paid campaigns
- Manage all company social media pages – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Prepare and follow a monthly content calendar
- Post consistently across all platforms
- Create professional social media posts and ad creatives using Canva
- Create reels, stories, promotional content and basic video edits
- Write engaging captions, ad copy and calls-to-action
- Research audiences, competitors and current social media trends
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences and ad copy
- Monitor CPL, CPC, CTR, conversions and overall campaign performance




- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms

Candidate Requirements:

✓ Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

✓ Robust knowledge of Google Ads

✓ Excellent knowledge of Canva

✓ Experience managing business social media accounts

✓ Good understanding of lead-generation campaigns

✓ Basic video/reel editing skills

✓ Good English communication and content-writing skills

✓ Creative, organized and able to work independently

✓ Must be available full-time

IMPORTANT: We are looking for someone who can deliver measurable results, not simply boost posts or maintain social media pages.

Candidates should be able to show previous work, including Meta/Google campaign results, social media pages managed, ad creatives and portfolio samples.
