nKey Responsibilities -

nStrategic Planning & Growth:

nDevelop and execute long-term strategic plans to achieve the revenue growth target from ₹100 Cr to ₹500 Cr over the next 5 years.

nIdentify new market opportunities and innovative approaches to expand product offerings and customer experience.

nP&L; Management:

nTake ownership of the business's P&L;, ensuring sustainable profitability and growth.

nSet financial targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement corrective measures when necessary.

nOperational Leadership:

nOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards across all departments.

nDrive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

nSales & Marketing Oversight:

nLead the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance market penetration and conversion ratios.

nEnhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.

nCustomer & Client Relationship Management:

nChampion initiatives to elevate customer experience and satisfaction.





nManage key client relationships and ensure alignment with business objectives.

nTeam Leadership & Development:

nProvide strategic direction and mentorship to a diverse team comprising heads of Sales (and Marketing), Design, Operations, CRM, and Quality.

nFoster a collaborative and high-performance culture to achieve organizational goals.

nInnovation & Technology Adoption:

nPromote current product development and the adoption of technology solutions that improve operational efficiencies and customer experience.

nQualifications & Experience -

nExperience:

nA minimum of 15+ years of senior leadership experience with proven expertise in managing large teams and diverse business functions.

nDemonstrable experience in running a business and managing full P&L; responsibilities.

nExperience in the interiors or related industry is preferred but not mandatory.

nEducation:

nMBA from a reputed institution is preferred. However, extensive and relevant industry experience will be given significant consideration.
