The role also includes analyzing departmental performance, implementing improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail or store operations management, preferably in consumer electronics or related sectors.
- Strong people management and team leadership skills, including coaching, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to manage inventory, merchandising standards, and store displays to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- Solid customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle escalations professionally and empathetically.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data, track KPIs, and implement operational improvements.
- Comfort using retail systems and basic office software for reporting, scheduling, and inventory tracking.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced store environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
