Weekly Off: Rotational Key Responsibilities • Assess patients’ medical needs over the telephone at the primary care level based on diagnosis.
- Review patient details and medical history shared by doctors.
- Suggest relevant diagnostic tests based on the diagnosis.
- Recommend or refer patients to specialists when required.
- Understand patients’ health goals, dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions.
- Create personalized nutrition and diet plans.
- Track and monitor clients’ progress toward their health goals.
- Maintain accurate patient information in the database. What We’re Looking For ? B.Sc. / M.Sc . in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ?
