nLead and support the implementation migration and ongoing operations of the Delinea PAM platform within the IAM PAM Support practice

nJob Description

nProvide expertlevel support for the deployment and optimization of Delinea PAM solutions Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to facilitate seamless platform migration and integration Ensure secure onboarding and management of privileged and service accounts in line with organizational policies Monitor and validate password rotation policies and session recordings to maintain security and compliance Support the deployment configuration and enforcement of Delinea Privilege Manager EPM agents and security policies across Windows and Linux environments Troubleshoot and resolve BAU tickets incidents and service requests related to PAM operations Maintain and update operational documentation runbooks and knowledge base articles to support platform activities Adapt to shift requirements and work effectively within SSC and global delivery models Stay current with the latest PAM technologies and best practices to enhance platform support and security posture

nRoles and Responsibilities





nLead deployment and configuration efforts for Delinea Secret Server and Privilege Manager EPM platforms Drive migration activities from SSC to recent PAM platforms ensuring minimal operational disruption Onboard and manage privileged and service accounts securely adhering to organizational standards Validate and audit password rotation schedules and session recordings to ensure compliance Support EPM agent deployment and enforce security policies across diverse system environments Manage daytoday BAU operations including incident management service requests and ticket resolution Collaborate closely with IAM and cybersecurity teams to align PAM practices with overall security strategies Maintain comprehensive operational documentation and runbooks to facilitate PAM activities and knowledge sharing Promote continuous improvement by integrating feedback and adopting emerging PAM technologies

nRole Purpose

nOwn end-to-end delivery and technical leadership of Delinea PAM and EPM programs

nLead large-scale migration initiatives from Secret Server Classic (SSC) to Delinea Platform

nAct as solution architect and primary technical authority for enterprise PAM transformations

nKey Responsibilities

nDefine target-state PAM and EPM architecture aligned to Zero Trust principles

nPlan and execute SSC to Platform migration including discovery, redesign, migration, and cutover

nLead implementation of credential vaulting, rotation, session monitoring, and approvals

nDesign and govern EPM strategies for least-privilege enforcement

nConduct client workshops, architecture reviews, and design sign-offs

nAct as escalation point for complex issues and guide remediation

nMentor SMEs and Engineers and ensure delivery quality and standards

nTechnical Skills

nDelinea Secret Server (SSC & Platform) – architecture and migration

nDelinea Privilege Manager (EPM) – policy design and rollout

nWindows, Linux/Unix privileged access

nService accounts, application authentication, and automation
