Role: Tally Accountant Industry: Manufacturing Primary Tool: Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day Accounting: Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payment entries in Tally.
Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile party or vendor ledgers. Invoicing & Billing: Generate trade invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and track expenses.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and basic MIS report.
Required Skills & Qualifications.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance.
Software Skills: Solid hands-on experience in Tally Prime software and MS Excel.
Knowledge: Sound understanding of basic accounting principles, Indian tax regulations (GST/TDS), and inventory management.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and positive organizational skills.
