About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the company. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Manage GST-related accounting and documentation.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and related records.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain proper records of expenses, payments, and receipts.
Coordinate with auditors and support the audit process.




Ensure timely payments and follow-ups for outstanding receivables.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as required.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry will be an added advantage.
