Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues in CNC machines, SPMs, grinding machines, assembly machines, conveyors, and automated equipment.
Handle maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, cooling, and mechanical systems.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, machine manuals, and equipment layouts.
Conduct regular inspection and condition monitoring of critical machine components.
Execute and monitor the Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule.
Analyse recurring breakdowns and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce machine downtime and repeat breakdowns.
Maintain records of breakdowns, PM activities, spare parts, MTBF, MTTR, and machine availability.




Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and external vendors for maintenance activities.
Maintain and control critical mechanical spare parts.
Participate in TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, LOTO, EHS, and standard maintenance procedures.
Identify prospects for downtime reduction, reliability improvement, and maintenance cost reduction.
Provide technical support during machine breakdowns and production emergencies.
