As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, your day involves steering the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. You guide and support your team throughout the design and implementation phases, ensuring that the solutions developed meet the strategic goals of the organization. Your role includes overseeing the development process to maintain high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team to deliver impactful software products.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA.
Robust knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to custom software development.
Experience in managing software development lifecycles and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability considerations in software design.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration within diverse teams.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA.
This position is based at our CDC2E - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
