nMajor Deliverables / Job Profile:
nBIW Robot simulation –
n- Simulation cell building
n- Reachability & feasibility study
n- BIW tool validation
n- Weld distribution, gun selection, gun sectioning
n- Cycle time chart preparation
n- Create layout from simulation cell
n- Offline programming




n- Configure RCS with Simulation (RRS)
n- Generate downloads
n- Validation of processes in workcells / stations
n- Quality Checks as per Standards
n- Reviews with Customer
n- Customer prescribed Documentation
n- Knowledge Sharing and documentation
n

nSkills:
n• Robot simulation
n• Pre engineering
n• Layout and cycle time optimization
nExperience in MBRDI and other global OEM's will be added advantage

nTool Skills: -
nRobcad, Delmia V5, Process Simulate, RCS configuration (Fanuc, Kuka, ABB),
