Assistant Accountant — JustBLR Group (Bangalore, Full time, In-house)
nWe're not looking for someone passing through. We want someone who wants to build real depth in one place and stay.
nYou should be:

- n
- Independent on Tally — day-to-day entries, ledgers, vouchers, no hand-holdingn
- Solid on accounting fundamentals — journal entries, ledgers, trial balancen
- Confident doing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on your ownn
- Comfortable with vendor/purchase reconciliation and basic GST/TDS handlingn
- Looking for stability — 2+ years minimum, ideally much longern
nReports to our Senior Accountant. Real numbers, real responsibility, room to grow with the company as it scales.
