Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.
Project Tracking: Monitor site-wise expenses and contractor billing for residential/commercial projects.
Compliance: GST reconciliation, TDS deductions, and timely statutory filings.
Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
Documentation: Maintain organized digital and physical records of all financial transactions and land documents.

Requirements
Experience: 5 years in a core accounting role (Real Estate/Construction background is a plus).
Education: B.Com or M.Com.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Competencies: Solid attention to detail and ability to meet monthly closing deadlines.
