Job Description: Business Legal
Drafting, review, negotiation, and finalization of business contracts (vendor

contracts, NDA, MOUs, distribution/procurement and supply chain related

agreements, admin agreements, employment contracts, business support

agreements, loan agreements etc.) lease deeds, affidavits, POA and all forms

of legal arrangements.
Establishing, enforcing and implementing Legal and regulatory compliance

systems across the B2B business verticals pertaining to Drugs and Cosmetics

Act and Rules, FSSAI, Consumer Protection Act and rules, Legal Metrology

Act and Rules, pharma marketing related rules and regulations, Contract Act,

etc. This would include preparation/updation (as applicable), of SOPs to

educate the business teams on all the applicable compliances and conduct

periodic interactive sessions with the teams to help implement and monitor the

SOPs.
Drafting legal notices, representation letters to regulators, consumers or any

third party.
Advisory legal support to Business team for the various business functions-

would be positive to have knowledge of the pharma compliance related laws and





regulations such as D&C; Act and Rules, FSSAI, Legal Metrology etc. This

would also involve actively working with the business teams to derive solutions

for any legal issues arising within the B2B business.
Mentor and guide the team towards keeping updated on all relevant and sector

specific laws and regulations, front end discussions with business leads on

advisory matters and play a supervisory role in day-to-day business contract

management.

SSkills Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
String leadership, mentoring skills
Working Knowledge of the above-mentioned applicable laws, rules and

regulations
High attention to detail
Solid persuasion and negotiation skills to handle internal and external

stakeholders
Ability to work in high pressure situations (on a need basis only- we typically
