Operational

Leadership & Strategy - Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure seamless execution of workflows and delivery.
Translate the company’s strategic goals into actionable operational plans with clear KPIs.
Collaborate with senior leadership to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
Identify opportunities to scale operations and implement current technologies or systems to support growth. 2.

Process

Improvement & Efficiency - Analyze current operational processes and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies.
Design and implement policies, procedures, and best practices (SOPs) to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of current processes across departments.




Team Management & Development - Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing operations team
Conduct performance reviews, set individual goals, and provide coaching to support professional development.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages cross-departmental communication.

Requirements - Experience: 5 to 7 Years proven experience in an operations management.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Telecom domain
Technical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of operational software and tools ERP systems Project Management tools like Jira, Jenkins, ELK stack, SQL server, remedy and Advanced Excel Key Skills & Competencies:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" while managing the details.
