Role & responsibilities
Assist the Production,Engineering and Paint Shop team in day-to-day manufacturing activities.
Understand and follow mechanical engineering drawings and basic specifications.
Assist in monitoring fabrication, machining, assembly paint and production activities.
Support supervisors and engineers in ensuring work is carried out according to drawings and required specifications.
Learn and assist in checking dimensions, measurements and basic quality parameters.
Assist the Quality team in identifying manufacturing defects and discrepancies.
Coordinate with shop-floor workers and supervisors for smooth execution of production work.
Follow company safety procedures, 5S practices and housekeeping standards.
Perform other engineering and production-related duties assigned by the reporting supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust interest in manufacturing and mechanical engineering.
Willingness to work and learn in a shop-floor setting.
Basic understanding of mechanical engineering concepts.
Willingness to learn current manufacturing processes and technical skills.
