Overview

The Finance Transformation Business Analyst will support the delivery of the Finance Transformation Programme across multiple initiatives, with primary responsibility for Source to Pay (S2P), while also supporting Record to Report (R2R). The role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, programme teams and technology vendors, ensuring business requirements are understood, documented, challenged and translated into effective solutions. The individual will play a key role across process design, requirements gathering, solution evaluation, implementation planning and business readiness activities.

Responsibilities

§ Operational Responsibilities o Lead requirements gathering and analysis activities across S2P or R2R initiatives o Support current state assessments and target operating model design activities-





o Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define future processes, requirements and business outcomes o Maintain traceability of requirements through design, build, testing and deployment phases- Support vendor engagement, solution evaluation and implementation activities

§ Strategic Responsibilities o Identify prospects to standardise, simplify and automate finance processes across the organisation o Ensure programme objectives remain aligned with business priorities and transformation outcomes o Support advantages realisation activities by linking requirements and process changes to measurable business advantages o Contribute to the development of future-state finance capabilities and operating models
