Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure all allocated client’s payroll is processed accurately and timely.
n
Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including data collection, input, calculations, and reporting.
n
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees across multiple locations.
n
Process complex payroll calculations, including bonuses, commissions, and tax withholding.
n
Oversee salary changes, compensations, deductions, bonus, variable payouts and perks to employees.
n
Stay updated on evolving payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements to ensure compliance.
n
Lead efforts to improve payroll processes, enhance system efficiency, and reduce errors.
n
Perform regular audits and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
n
Prepare payroll reports for management and finance teams, analysing payroll data and trends.
n

Ensure 100% error free deliverables.
n
Taking care of statutory deductions precisely (Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT, LWF) and remittances of all statutory liabilities in time

Complies with all payroll related statutory returns
n
Knowledge on eTDS filing, Form 16 generation, TRACES
n
Conducting internal system and process health checks
n
Ensure the maintenance of maker and checker concept & follow the process/work flows
n
Updating on income tax and other state laws amendments and rules
n
Maintain employee payroll records data in system
n
Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
n
Preparation and follow process checklists
n
Client Management
n
Response to queries from employees within TAT, conduct payroll helpdesk
n
Audit Support and providing required details for Statutory / Internal Audits
n
Preparation of internal reports and provide all required information/data to reporting manager
n
Preparation of JVs and providing required information to client
