Adxventure is looking for a motivated and analytical Data Analyst Trainee to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates starting their career in data analytics. The selected candidate will work with real-world business and marketing data, learn data analysis techniques, and assist the team in generating meaningful, data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, and data visualization, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data from different sources.
- Assist in preparing regular reports and performance dashboards.
- Learn and work with MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and useful insights from data.
- Support the team in analyzing business and marketing performance.
- Help maintain accurate and updated reports and databases.
- Assist in creating data visualizations and presentations.
- Work with senior team members to understand business requirements.
- Perform basic data validation and quality checks.
- Continuously learn new tools and techniques related to data analytics.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of SQL.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Understanding of basic data analysis and visualization concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail.




- Ability to work with numbers and large amounts of data.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
- A data-driven and analytical mindset.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with relevant academic projects, internships, or certifications in Data Analytics will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
- Candidates who are genuinely interested in building a career in Data Analytics.
- Basic practical knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Power BI will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can learn quickly and work collaboratively with the team.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take responsibility.
