We're Hiring: Data Analyst

Experience: 0–5 Years | Freshers Preferred

Engagement Type: 100% Commission-Based | No Fixed Salary, No Base Pay

We're looking for a hands-on Data Analyst to join our team — someone comfortable working directly with real datasets, writing queries, building dashboards, and turning raw data into business insight, not just working on theory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean, structure, and analyze data using Excel / Google Sheets — pivot tables, formulas, and data-cleaning workflows
- Write and optimize SQL queries — joins, aggregations, subqueries, and window functions for real analytical questions
- Perform data wrangling and statistical analysis using Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Create visualizations using Matplotlib and document analysis workflows in Jupyter Notebook
- Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) — handle missing data, outliers, and data-quality issues
- Build interactive, decision-ready dashboards using Power BI / Tableau Public
- Work with automated reporting pipelines using Google Data Studio / Looker Studio
- Source and work with real datasets from Kaggle and public government open-data portals
- Apply statistical rigor to business questions — hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and significance testing
- Build and maintain internal reporting dashboards for real business use
- Structure findings into clear, executive-ready reports and presentations




- Present data-backed business insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Required Skills & Tools Knowledge (Mandatory):

- SQL — joins, aggregation, subqueries, window functions, query optimization
- Python — Pandas, NumPy for data wrangling and analysis
- Excel / Google Sheets — pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning
- Power BI or Tableau — building interactive dashboards
- Statistics & A/B Testing — hypothesis testing, experiment design
- Jupyter Notebook — documented, reproducible analysis
- Robust data storytelling and executive reporting skills
- Comfort working with real public datasets (Kaggle, open-government data)

Who Can Apply:

- Freshers with the above analytical/tool knowledge — given first preference
- Candidates with up to 5 years of relevant data analytics experience are also welcome
- No prior professional analytics experience required, but strong grip on SQL, Python, and Excel expected

Compensation:
