Role Overview We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for an International Chat Process in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills and prior experience handling international customers through chat.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns through international chat support.
- Provide accurate, qualified, and timely resolutions to customers.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.




- Achieve defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Chat Process is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good typing speed and strong grammar.
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in Gurugram.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
