We’re Hiring | Customer & Operations Executive

We’re looking for someone who can be at the centre of our customers, sales, and daily operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, coordinating work, and making sure things actually get done.

What you’ll be doing:

- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages & customer enquiries
- Understand customer requirements and provide the right information
- Follow up with leads and handle outbound sales calls
- Coordinate orders, production and deliveries
- Maintain customer and order records
- Coordinate with the design and production teams
- Assist with day-to-day business operations
- Follow up on pending enquiries, orders and payments
- Help improve our internal processes as we grow

Who we’re looking for:

- Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
- Organized,



responsible and positive at follow-ups
- Basic computer and office software skills
- Sales/customer service experience is a plus
- Prior experience in operations, customer support, sales or administration is preferred

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, dependable and willing to take ownership.

Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

Position: Full-time

Salary Range: Rs.15000 - 17000 Basic plus incentives and bonuses.
