AllBoutiqs is an online marketplace built for premium Indian boutiques and designer brands, helping them reach customers across India.

? What You’ll Handle

• Inbound & outbound customer calls

- Customer enquiries and follow-ups
- Order-related communication and support
- WhatsApp/customer communication
- Understanding customer requirements
- Resolving basic customer issues
- Coordinating with internal teams when required
- Maintaining accurate call and follow-up records
- Collecting customer feedback
- Ensuring a professional customer experience

? What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, call centre, customer support, customer success or e-commerce

- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Professional Hindi & English communication
- Gujarati will be an advantage
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills




- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge
- Qualified attitude, punctuality and accountability

? Work Mode: 100% Remote
