Role & Responsibilities

n

- Own and drive the end-to-end contracting lifecycle,



including drafting agreements from scratch,reviewing and redlining counterparty templates, leading negotiations, and ensuring timely closure aligned with business objectives.

- Provide proactive legal advisory on new business initiatives, product launches, and strategic projects,ensuring legal and regulatory risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated prior to go-live.
n
- Advise on regulatory and compliance matters under applicable laws.
n
- Support and execute corporate transactions, including M&A;, joint ventures, investments, and corporate restructurings.
n
- Act as the legal partner to the HR team on employment-related matters
n
- Partner closely with business teams to anticipate legal risks and develop pragmatic, business-aligned solutions.
n
- Engage, manage, and coordinate with external counsel for specialized matters, including due diligence and complex advisory.
n
- Monitor regulatory developments, interpret implications for the business, and proactively recommend policy and process enhancements.
n
- Drive continuous improvement in contract lifecycle management, compliance monitoring frameworks, and overall risk management processes.

Educational Qualification: LLB / LLM in Law from a Tier 1 Law School

n

Years of Experience (Minimum & Maximum) : 5 - 8 Years
