across relevant industries.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, references, networking, and other channels.
- Connect with
HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Founders, Business Owners, and decision-makers

- Understand clients' hiring requirements, workforce challenges, and recruitment needs.
- Present Jobaaj Ground Consultancy's recruitment and staffing solutions to prospective clients.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and business discussions.
- Prepare and share proposals, service details, commercials, and recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate and close
client onboarding and recruitment mandates

- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Track client requirements, hiring status, closures, and business development activities.
- Achieve monthly targets related to
lead generation, client meetings, client acquisition, and revenue

- Identify opportunities for repeat business and expand existing client accounts.

Candidate Requirements:-
