Key Requirements

30+ years of experience
in Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure

• Experience managing
large-scale projects exceeding 1 million sq. ft.

• Experience handling
multiple projects simultaneously

• Senior-level experience in
Construction Execution & Project Management

• Hands-on experience in
Aluform / Aluminium Formwork

• Experience in
High-Rise Residential Construction

• Experience in
Precast Construction

• Expertise in
Planning, Project Controls, Quality & Execution

• Strong understanding of
Procurement, Commercial & Cost Controls

• Experience in developing
SOPs, KPIs, governance and construction operating systems

• Proven experience in




construction standardization and process improvement

• Experience with
ERP / Digital Construction Systems

• Strong experience in
Contractor Management and Project Performance Reviews

Organization Background

Candidates must have relevant senior-level experience with:

L&T; | Shapoorji Pallonji | DLF | Sobha | Lodha | Prestige
