Role Overview

We are looking for a
hands-on Technical Manager
to lead embedded hardware and firmware engineering for industrial electronics products, including
servo drives, VFDs, motion control and automation systems
.

This is an engineering-driven leadership role requiring robust technical ownership across
embedded hardware, firmware, architecture, debugging, communication protocols and product development
.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on
Technical Lead, Architect, or Engineering Manager
with deep experience in industrial electronics and embedded systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Architecture Leadership
- Own end-to-end embedded hardware and firmware architecture.
- Define technology roadmaps for MCU/SoC, power management, RTOS and development toolchains.
- Make architecture decisions balancing performance,



cost, reliability and cybersecurity.
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex hardware-firmware issues.
- Drive technical reviews and engineering best practices.

Hands-on Engineering
- Participate in hardware schematic and PCB layout reviews.
- Participate in firmware design and code reviews.
- Support prototype bring-up and debugging.
- Troubleshoot using oscilloscopes, JTAG/SWD and logic analyzers.
- Drive root-cause analysis for field failures, EMC and reliability issues.

Embedded Hardware Leadership
- Guide MCU/SoC-based hardware designs.
- Review analog and digital circuit designs.
- Oversee power management and power supply design.
- Ensure EMC/EMI-compliant designs.
- Review component selection, derating and reliability considerations.
- Oversee verification and environmental testing.

Embedded Firmware Leadership
- Lead development of embedded C firmware.
- Guide RTOS and bare-me
