Job Overview:

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our fashion brands, with a robust focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience scaling Meta campaigns, managing significant ad budgets, improving CAC and ROAS, and turning creative testing into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, from campaign setup to optimisation and scaling.
- Develop Meta advertising strategies for customer acquisition, retargeting, remarketing and revenue growth.
- Continuously monitor and optimise CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rate and revenue.
- Manage and optimise campaign structures, audiences, placements, budgets, bidding and retargeting funnels.




- Conduct continuous A/B testing across creatives, hooks, ad copies, formats, audiences, landing pages and campaign structures.
- Work closely with the creative, content and merchandising teams to develop high-performing fashion ad creatives.
- Identify winning creatives and audiences and develop strategies to scale successful campaigns while maintaining target CAC and ROAS.
- Analyse campaign and customer data to identify opportunities for improving acquisition, conversion and overall marketing efficiency.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively based on business targets and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for management.
- Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes, new ad formats, targeting capabilities, attribution changes and performance marketing trends.
- Explore AI, automation, marketing technology and data tools to improve campaign efficiency and decision
