Chroma Creative is a creative and digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through branding, social media marketing, advertising, website development, and other creative solutions.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who is confident in communication, comfortable making sales calls, and motivated by performance-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate new business leads.
- Identify businesses that can benefit from Chroma Creative's services.
- Explain our services, packages, and solutions to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Schedule meetings and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the creative team to provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain a record of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Consistently work towards achieving monthly sales targets.




- Explore new opportunities and develop strategies to increase client acquisition.

Compensation Structure

The position follows a performance-based compensation model.
- Commission: Earn commission on successful client conversions.
- Basic Salary: Minimum ₹10,000 per month, applicable upon achieving the assigned monthly target.
- The more business you generate, the higher your overall earnings through commission.
- Salary and commission structure will be discussed in detail during the interview.

Example:
If you achieve the monthly target → ₹10,000 basic salary + applicable commission.

If the target is not achieved, compensation will be based on the agreed performance/commission structure.
