Role Description
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage and grow Espangle’s social media presence across key platforms, focusing on brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This full-time,



on-site role based in Gurugram involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing strategies based on insights. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and brand stakeholders to align social content with broader marketing goals and campaign calendars. Daily responsibilities include community management, responding to audience interactions, coordinating with design and content teams, and staying current with platform trends and best practices. The role also involves contributing to digital marketing initiatives, supporting brand launches, and maintaining consistent brand voice across all social channels.
